PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - Two motorcycle riders suffered serious, non-life threatening injuries after their bikes collided head-on.
The wreck occurred around 4 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Northland Drive (M-44) and W. River Drive in Plainfield Township.
Kevin Foley's southbound motorcycle crossed the center line and colliding with a northbound motorcycle ridden by Rebecca McIntre, police said.
McIntyre, 40, from Rockford suffered a broken pelvis, arm and leg.
Foley, 54, from Rockford suffered a compound fracture to his left leg.
They were both wearing helmets, according to the Kent County Sheriff's Department.
Fred Glespie was found not guilty in the death of three children who died in an apartment fire.
Police are looking for the suspect in an armed robbery that occurred at a gas station in Plainwell Thursday night.
