KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) - The federal government set up an e-mail address they hope will help their investigation into the allegations Kentwood Pharmacy redistributed prescription medications and narcotics.
The feds raided Kentwood Pharmacy on Nov. 2, and on Nov. 11, the company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Investigators want the e-mail address to be used by customers, patients and others to report complaints about bad medication or billing problems.
They also want former employees to contact them with information about what actually took place at Kentwood Pharmacy.
The business supplied medicine to 800 nursing homes and other care facilities across Michigan, and to about a half-dozen jails in the state. None of the jails are in West Michigan.
