KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) -- Judge Paul Stutesman told jurors inthe Calista Springer case Friday they will be moving from theKalamazoo County Courthouse to Centerville next week.
Stutesman said he wasn't putting pressure on them to reach averdict by Friday but Kalamazoo County can no longer accomodatethem.
The case was moved from St. Joseph County - where the Springerslived - to Kalamazoo County for an impartial jury. Kalamazoo Countyset aside a court room for three weeks, and that time frame isup.
Marsha and Anthony Springer are charged with felony murder,child abuse and torture in the death of Calista, 16, in 2008. Shesuffocated during a house fire, chained to her bed.
Friday was the fourth day of jury deliberation.
