KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) - A fire sparked at an apartment complex in Kalamazoo late Saturday night.
The fire started at around 11:30 p.m. at an apartment complex on Buchanan Avenue near Duke Drive.
The fire may have started by food cooking on a stove in an upstairs apartment, according to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
The fire was contained to one apartment, which is a total loss. The damage to the three other apartments in the building is not yet known.
No one was hurt.
