Sheriff's deputies say a 73-year-old man is in custody after he shot and killed his 37-year-old daughter who died in the living room.
Police records identify the suspect as Donald Lasley. A family member confirmed the victim is Jacquie Lasley Osterhout.
The man's wife was not home at the time of the shooting. Authorities say she was up north helping another daughter that was part of the couple's family.
