PLAINWELL, Mich. (WOOD) - Plainwell Department of Public Safety officers are looking for abank robber who had specific instructions for the bank teller.
Plainwell Public Safety tell 24 Hour News 8 that around 11AMSaturday, a man in his 30s walked into the 5/3rd bank on EastBridge St. When he approached the bank counter, he handed theteller a note.
The note had a list of bills in specific denominations and aspecific number of bills. The teller began handing the robber themoney. Plainwell Pubic Safety says the teller gave the robber otheramounts that were not on the list, but the bank robber refused totake the amounts not on the list.
The bank robber did not put the money into a bag, but justwalked out of the bank with the money in hand. Anyone withinformation on the robbery is asked to call Plainwell Dept. ofPublic Safety at 269-685-9858.
