GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A woman has died after crashing her car in Grand Rapids Sunday night.
According to the Grand Rapids Police Department, the incident happened at around 7:20 p.m. at Camelot Avenue and Charring Cross SE.
Officials said a 91-year-old woman had a medical issue before she hit a parked car, forcing both that car and her car into a parked semi-truck.
The woman was taken to a hospital for treatment where she later died.
Police said the woman is from Boynton Beach, Florida. Her name is being withheld until family is notified.
The crash remains under investigation.
