GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - The family of a missing Grand Rapids woman has organized a prayer vigil for Saturday afternoon.
The prayer vigil starts at 3 p.m. at Garfield Park, located on Burton Street in Grand Rapids.
Police said 61-year-old Maxine Green was last seen on August 23rd on Leonard Street.
The family has been passing out flyers and searching for Green hoping to locate her.
Grand Rapids police were told Green has gone missing in the past, usually for a period of days or perhaps a week, but never for this long.
