GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Grand Rapids police are looking for the man who attempted to rob a Chase Bank branch Monday afternoon.
It happened at the Chase Bank located at 1629 Leonard Street NW around 2:45 p.m., according to the Grand Rapids Police Department.
A man walked into the bank and gave a teller a note demanding cash. The teller refused to give him any money, at which point the man pretended to have a gun.
He then took off without getting any cash. He was last seen heading north from the bank.
Officers tracked the suspect into a nearby cemetery, but lost the trail there.
