GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A body was found under a highway ramp near downtown Grand Rapids late Monday morning.
The discovery was made around 11 a.m. under the Ottawa Avenue ramp from I-196. Police do not believe the death is suspicious, and said the person was homeless.
