HASTINGS, Mich. (WOOD) - A man was airlifted to a Grand Rapids hospital after he fell from the sky while skydiving Friday.
The accident happened Friday around 6 p.m. at the Hastings City/Barry County Airport in Hastings.
According to Michigan State Police, the skydiver's parachute did open during the accident.
Witnesses tell 24 Hour News 8 the man was spinning out of control before he hit the ground.
