CALEDONIA, Mich. (WOOD) - A pedestrian is in the hospital after getting hit by a car in Allegan County Sunday morning.
It happened at around 12:30 a.m. on 2nd Street at 108th Avenue in Caledonia.
A sergeant with the Allegan County Sheriff's Department told 24 Hour News 8 that two people were walking on 2nd Street. One person was in the road and the other was walking along the shoulder.
Officials said a driver then hit the person walking in the road.
It is unknown how serious the injuries are to the person in the hospital.
The driver was not hurt.
