LAKETOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A man in his 20s is recovering after falling 18 feet from a homemade zip line.
It happened at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at a residence in the 4000 block of Beeline Road in Laketown Township.
The man landed on the ground and was conscious and talking when rescue personnel arrived.
He was taken to a hospital where he was treated for bruises and minor broken bones.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
