GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - It's the tallest building in Grand Rapids and the second tallest in the state. The RiverHouse Condos are a landmark in the city of Grand Rapids and now it's the site of an incredible opportunity for a creative group of students. Young men and women from five area colleges and universities are competing in the eightWest Condo Design Challenge, a contest to make the most of a fabulous space high inside the towering RiverHouse Condominiums. Bob Grooters is the developer of this project. He introduces Rachael to Wayne Visbeen of Visbeen Associates, who is helping the students work within the space. According to Rich Evans of RiverHouse, the winner of the contest will be announced at the end of November.
