GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - 2013 will be the 44th Festival of the Arts , making it one of the longest-running festivals in the state. Festival always takes place the first full weekend in June in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. The 2013 dates are June 7-8-9.
