Mistress puts up billboard pic of them

(CNN) - The former mistress of a high-powered, married business executive made their relationship public in a very big way.

YaVaughnie Wilkins put up giant billboards in New York, San Francisco and Atlanta showing the smiling faces of Charles E. Phillips wiht her. Phillips, who is co-president of Oracle Corp., released a statement Friday admitting to the affair with Wilkins.

The statement said his relationship with Wilkins had ended and his divorce proceedings are underway.

Wilkins apparently believed that Phillips' divorce was final in 2003.
