MILFORD, Mass. (NBC/WHDH) - Massive muscles moved a Massachusetts man into the Guinness Book of World Records, and he’s pumped about the honor.

“It's going to be more,” said Moustafa Ismail. “I'm going to raise it more. Bigger? Yeah.”

Bigger is better said the Franklin man who now holds the title for the World's Largest Biceps and Triceps.

His arms are 31 inches around.

“I have the power to lift a lot,” said Ismail.

Ismail has been building up to this point for 10 years, and he works out seven days a week for two hours a day.

He lifts 80-pound dumbbells, he can curl 400 pounds, and he can bench up to 500 pounds.

They’re all results of a workout routine that has earned him a world record.

Ismail found out a week ago that he's won a place on the pages of the 2013 Guinness Book of World Records.

He says he can't believe he's getting so much attention. Then again, people tend to notice him.

"They stop me when I’m walking in the street,” said Ismail. “They want to take pictures.”

One week after learning he's the world record holder, Ismail is back at his Milford gym.

He has a full-time job at a gas station, but he said he can't waste any pumping time there. He hopes to shatter his own record next year, and he's on his way.

"I break already my record in the book,” said Ismail.

Ismail eats at least five meals a day. Most days, he eats three pounds of chicken and a pound of fish.
