Steel Dynamics raises dividend to 11 cents

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) — Steel maker Steel Dynamics Inc. said Monday that it is raising its quarterly dividend to 11 cents from 10 cents.
The company's next dividend is payable April 12 to shareholders of record on March 31. Steel Dynamics said the move reflects its ability to generate cash and its financial position.
Its shares slipped a penny to $14.84 in afternoon trading Monday.
