Fifth Third annual race begins 7 a.m. Saturday

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Runners prepped for Saturday's Fifth Third River Bank Run by picking up their race packets at DeVos Place.

About 800 fewer people will participate in this year's event. The number of participants stands at 20,475.

This 34th annual event is the largest 25K race in the country.

The first race starts at 7 a.m.

You can watch the start and the finish of the race on woodtv.com beginning at 6 a.m.
