River Bank 25K course stays the same

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Organizers decided Monday the 25K course for Saturday's Fifth Third River Bank Run will not be changed because flooding along a section of the course should recede by race day.
At this time, flooding has a section of the course on Indian Mounds Drive and Veterans Memorial Drive underwater.
Officials plan to clean the course on Thursday and Friday.
The total purse for the 25K race this year is $91,000.
The courses for the 5K and 10K have not been affected.
