DETROIT (WOOD) - With each trip to the Final Four, Tom Izzo's status rises even more -- if that's possible.
As Spartans fans are well aware, Michigan State has reached the Final Four five times in the last 11 years under Izzo.
Tthe job he did preparing his team against Louisville in the Elite Eight is the stuff of legends, which if you ask anyone who really knows the game of college basketball doesn't really come as a surprise.
