Tri-Unity advances to state hoops final

Beat Powers North Central in Class D semifinals

EAST LANSING, Mich. (WOOD) - The Tri-Unity Christian High School boys' basketball team has advanced to the MHSAA Class D finals.

Tri-Unity Christian beat Powers North Central 51-36 Thursday in the semifinals at the Breslin Center in East Lansing.

Daniel Cole led Tri-Unity (24-2) with 18 points.

Tri-Unity Christian will play Southfield Christian, who beat Lansing Christian in the other semifinal, in the finals on Saturday at the Breslin Center.
