Underage girls possible victims of HIV positive man

CARSON CITY, Mich (WOOD) -- A man charged with failing to tell his sex partners he is HIV positive faces new charges -- this time possibly involving underage victims.

Carson City Police Chief Jeff Hilliker said the latest victims to come forward are both under the age of 16.

Gerald Campbell Jr. is now facing two new charges of failing to tell his partners he is HIV positive, as well as two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Campbell is a tattoo artist and there is concern he may have used dirty needles on some of his customers.
