Hundreds protest McCain-Palin

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) -- Protestors outside the GRCC Fieldhouse made clear they did not support the McCain-Palin ticket.

About 400 people lined sidewalk, and many held signs. One sign read, "Danger - Armageddon Ahead. Palin vs. Putin 'Hottie' vs. 'A Czar' No Contest - We Lose."

Other signs read, "The fundamentals of my economy r not strong," "US out of Iraq" and "McCain Bush more of the same."

The protestors peacefully made their support for Barack Obama and Joe Biden known. There were no reported problems.
