MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - The 911 transcript from the phone call made by the woman's other son to dispatch --

Donald Anderson: "She's living in really horrible conditions. It's a really bad situation over there. I think she's dying."

911: "Is she conscious now?"

Donald: "She was. I was there a while ago and she was."

911: "Ok, is she breathing normally?"

Donald: "Not really. She's like sitting up and hunched over. The house is like really decrepit and just trashy. I haven't been there in a long time. I haven't been there in a long time and I don't know what to do about it."

911: "You want an ambulance to take her to the hospital, right Donald?"

Donald: "Pardon?"

911: "You want an ambulance to take her to the hospital?"

Donald: "Yeah, but see, her [other] son [Mark] isn't working, and I don't know if he'll even let her in, ya know? That's the whole thing."

911: "Ok."

Donald: "But I do want an ambulance to take her to the hospital and have her looked at because I know she's going to die...and I...soon."

911: "Ok, you're calling from ***-***?"

Donald: "Yes."

911: "And she's home with her [other] son?"

Donald: "Yes. And they're...he's not right, the whole thing's not right. It's just really...deplorable situation."

911: "OK…we'll go ahead and start police over there with some EMS workers, ok?"

(asks about his address…he answers)

911: "We're gonna go ahead and start some help out there for her, ok? And…they'll evaluate her at the scene and take her to the hospital, ok?"

Donald: "Should I call back?"

911: "You can call her back and let her know that help is on the way for her."

Donald: "Well, I can't hear her. He's not very conscious to where she can talk even hardly."

911: "Ok."

Donald: "And my little brother [Mark]…he doesn't even want me in the house really, and he's kinda distancing. It's kinda a real sick situation."

911: "Ok, if you call, if you want to talk to him and let him know that help is on the way, he needs to gather up her medication, and if she's having a hard time breathing..."

Donald: "She can't even walk."

911: "She might be more comfortable sitting up to breath."

Donald: "She is sitting up."

911: "OK, better than lying down, ok?"

Donald: "Alright."

911: "Alright, and if he could turn on an outside light for them, ok?"
