LANSING, Mich. (WOOD) - Gov. Rick Snyder, who outlined his Fiscal Year 2013 to a Michigan House committee Thursday, answered questions about it from 24 Hour News 8 political reporter Rick Albin.
Snyder is tying lots of strings to the extra cash he's offering public schools , universities and communities in next year's budget.
