LANSING, Mich. (WOOD) - Gov. Rick Snyder is taking a very active and public role on the six ballot proposals facing Michigan voters in November.
And he's opposed to all of them except Proposal 1 -- the referendum that would keep his emergency manager law in place if it's passed.
The other five proposals are bad policy, he said, and should not be embedded in the Michigan Constitution. (All of them are constitutional amendments.)
The collective bargaining proposal, Proposal 2, is already part of what we do in Michigan, Snyder said, and he has no interest in seeing that change.
This Sunday at 10 a.m., Proposal 2 will be discussed on To The Point on WOOD TV8.
