    LANSING, Mich. (WOOD) - Governor Rick Snyder's second annual State of the State address focused on jobs and the economy.

    It was an overall upbeat speech. The governor highlighted successes in the economy -- Michigan's strong agriculture industry, tourism and rebounding automotive industry.
