GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - US Congressman Vern Ehlers had a "spot" removed from his head Tuesday, according to his Washington spokesman.
The spot was removed from Ehlers' head as a precaution, and is not cancerous or life-threatening, his spokesman told 24 Hour News 8.
Ehlers was seen wearing a head bandage when he spoke on the floor of the US House on Wednesday.
