New York - 88-year old Rose Donaghey has been waiting tables since she was a teenager.

You think she would retire and put her feet up, but Rose isn't having any of that.

She's financially secure and doesn't have to work.

All the tips and money she gets now go into the church basket.

Rose was born in Northern Ireland and worked hard her whole life.

When she  came in nearly 20 years ago asking for a job, her boss thought she was maybe asking for her daughter or her granddaughter.

She was asking for herself and her boss says she is the best employee she's ever had.

She has a great attitude and she never quits.

Rose says the hard work keeps her young, and that she feels 50, not 88.
