CONSTANTINE, Mich. (AP) - A national outbreak of fungal meningitis linked to contaminated steroids has infected at least 201 people in Michigan.

The Michigan Department of Community Health says there have been 67 meningitis cases as of Monday. There also have been 120 epidural abscesses, one stroke and 13 joint infections.

The total of 201 infections is up from 197 in Friday's count.

There have been 13 deaths in Michigan, including three state residents who died after contracting infections in Indiana.

The meningitis outbreak is linked to contaminated steroids produced by a Massachusetts pharmacy used in injections for neck or back pain.
