HARTFORD, Mich. (WOOD) - A teacher with Hartford Public Schools resigned earlier this month amid sexual misconduct allegations involving a student.
Christopher Carr, 46, was put on administrative leave in November 2012 for allegedly having inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old girl during the 2011-12 school year.
School officials notified authorities in Van Buren County and an investigation began.
Now prosecutors will not pursue criminal charges due to insufficient evidence.
The alleged victim does not attend Hartford High School anymore.
