BURR OAK TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - The St. Joseph County Sheriff's Department is investigating a burglary.
Deputies were dispatched at 1:34 a.m. Wednesday to the 28000 block of White Street in Burr Oak Township.
The investigation reveals the suspects gained entry into a residence and stolen items from a wallet and a checkbook, according to a news release.
The Sturgis Police Department K-9 Unit responded and tracked the suspects to a dirt drive on the north side of Kelly Road.
That is where the suspects' hid their getaway vehicle.
