Teen crashes pickup truck into tree

SOUTH HAVEN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - An 18-year-old male is in critical condition at a hospital after he crashed a pickup truck into a tree.

South Haven Area Emergency Services personnel and South Haven police officers were dispatched at 8:52 p.m. Monday to the 70000 block of County Road 388 in South Haven Township.

That is where they spotted the crash site, in which the victim was trapped inside the vehicle.

Rescue personnel extricated the victim and transported him to South Haven Health System and later transferred him to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
