SHERMAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A teenager suffered minor injuries after her SUV flipped over during a crash in St. Joseph County.
Brooke Fayette was driving west on Featherstone Road and lost control of her vehicle on a slippery patch, police said in a news release.
Her SUV then veered off the road to the right, went down a large embankment at the end of a driveway, and flipped onto its top, east of Fair Road in Sherman Township.
Fayette, 18, from Sturgis, crawled out of the vehicle and suffered minor injuries.
Police and rescue personnel arrived at the scene at 9:36 p.m. Thursday.
