CENTREVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) - A 28-year-old man is facing federal charges of passport fraud and aggravated identity theft.
Nathan Kent Lumbard, 28, was arrested in Rangood, Burma and returned to the United States on May 28.
Authorities said he assumed an identity to fraudulently obtain a passport and left the U.S. in August 2009. He was living in Asia under that assumed identity, according to a news release.
Following the conclusion of his federal case, Lumbard will be returned to St. Joseph County to face the following felony charges:
