PAW PAW, Mich. (WOOD) - A Holland man, three hours after being released from a jail, was put back behind bars in another county for urinating on the side of the sheriff's office.
The suspect was discharged from the Ottawa County Jail and went to the Van Buren County Jail to post bond for a friend.
A Van Buren County sheriff's deputy noticed the suspect outside his window urinating on the side of the building, according to a news release.
The deputy went outside and talked with the 42-year-old suspect who was intoxicated and said he could not wait any longer to go to the bathroom. He could have used the restroom in the lobby of the sheriff's office, police said.
The suspect was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and urinating in public. He was put in jail with his friend.
