ROYALTON, Mich. (WOOD) - Police in Berrien County need your help finding a vehicle and its driver accused of hitting a man walking along a road and then leaving the scene.
It happened at 7:42 a.m. Sept. 7 when Robert Anthony O’Connor, 35, was walking south on Hollywood Road after his vehicle broke down north of Rockey Weed Road in Royalton.
An SUV type vehicle, possibly a Ford and orange or copper in color, hit O’Connor, police said, and the driver did not stop at the scene.
O'Connor was taken to a hospital for treatment to non-life threatening injuries.
