Medical condition leads to 2-car crash

Three people injured

SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. (WOOD) - Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash when one of the drivers suffered a medical condition, leading up to the collision, police told 24 Hour News 8.

Personnel from the South Haven Police Department were dispatched at 8:20 p.m. Monday to the 500 block of Phoenix Street.

One vehicle was traveling eastbound and the other was traveling westbound, police said. Two of the victims were in one vehicle.

A medical helicopter transported two of the victims to a Kalamazoo hospital.

The injuries did not appear to be life-threatening, police said.
