CONSTANTINE, Mich. (WOOD) - A 54-year-old Indiana man was injured after crashing his car in southern Michigan.
Douglas Griffin was driving around 2:20 a.m. March 9 near U.S. 131 and N. Washington Street in Constantine.
The Elkhart resident lost control of his southbound vehicle, which went off the road and crashed, according to the St. Joseph County Sheriff's Department.
Alcohol and speed were factors in this accident, police said, and Griffin wore his seat belt.
The 54-year-old man was transported to a hospital for treatment to non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation continues.
