Amber Alert for St. Joseph 2-year-old

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. (WOOD) - An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old girl taken from her home in St. Joseph.
Police say Chloe West is in extreme danger.
The child was taken by her mother, Lisa West, who had her parental rights terminated, police said. It is believed Lisa West left the area on foot.
The child was taken around 10:30 a.m. Thursday from the 500 block of Court Street. Police said Children's Protective Services was performing a scheduled supervised visit when Lisa took the girl.
Chloe West is a black girl weighing about 25 pounds with brown eyes; black, braided hair with barrettes; and last seen wearing a pink, short-sleeved dress with white flowers and matching ruffled shorts.
Lisa West is a 40-year-old black woman, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has brown eyes, and last seen wearing black shorts and a white T-shirt.
Police said Lisa may be with Wayne Henry of Benton Harbor.
