DETROIT (AP) - Federal authorities have charged an ex-Detroit Red Wings executive who is accused of possessing child pornography.
Thirty-six-year-old Matthew Brown of Northville is the team's former vice president of corporate partnership sales.
He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Monday. He's free on $10,000 bond.
A complaint says Brown admitted he installed software to download and view about 100 images of child pornography. A search warrant was executed in February.
A message was left Wednesday for Brown's attorney Larry Shulman.
Olympia Entertainment says in a statement Brown resigned earlier this year. The company declined to discuss the case.
Brown was employed by Olympia Entertainment, which like the team is owned by the Ilitch family.
