HUDSONVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) - Thousands of Ottawa County Consumers Energy customers were without power for a few hours Sunday morning.
Consumers Energy spokesman Tim Pietryga tells 24 Hour News 8 a squirrel got into a substation and caused a power outage affecting 4,274 customers in and around the Hudsonville area.
Consumers Energy fixed most of the power issues by noon Sunday.
