Briefly missing Holland teen found safe

HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) - A 13-year-old who had an argument with his father early Wednesday morning and then left his home was briefly considered missing in the Holland area but was found by a patrolling officer.

Authorities said in a release that Paul Duncan has a diminished mental capacity of a 2nd-grader and also suffers from seizures.

He left his home at 312 E. 16th Street on foot between 9-10 a.m., police said. A patrol officer spotted the teen around 9th and Pine in the city.
