JAMESTOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A man who may be linked to two overdose deaths is spending 93 days in jail for violating his probation in connection to heroin usage.
Blake Windham on Wednesday pleaded guilty to the probation violation, and was sentenced and then booked into the Ottawa County Jail.
The 28-year-old was arraigned March 4 for violating probation. He allegedly used heroin on March 1, which is the night before Jordon Bauer was found dead at a residence in the 4400 block of Stable Drive in Jamestown Township.
Cory Dykstra was found dead at that same residence a few weeks before.
Windham's father, who calls his son a "renter," owns that home.
Detectives are now investigating whether Windham provided Dykstra and Bauer with the heroin.
Windham told 24 Hour News 8 he is not a drug dealer, and the two men who died were not his customers.
He is not charged with his friends' deaths, as investigators continue to look into several tips.
