Jenison man sentenced for sodomy
Michael Davidson will spend 270 days in jail

JENISON, Mich. (WOOD) - A Jenison man was sentenced Monday to 270 days in the Ottawa County jail for sodomizing a dog after police originally responded to a call about domestic violence.
Micheal Davidson was arrested and arraigned in March, then pleaded no-contest to the charges in late April.
He is eligible for a treatment facility after 120 days.
Davidson also was charged as a habitual offender for the fourth time.
When Ottawa County Sheriff's deputies first went to the house, they investigated the domestic violence call. But while they were there they got information that led to the sodomy arrest.
