SPRING LAKE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - A two-vehicle crash in Spring Lake Township Wednesday afternoon caused both vehicles to roll over.

The accident happened around 2:30 p.m. on I-96 near Fruitport Road.

Ottawa County Sheriff's Department said both vehicles were traveling in the same direction on I-96. They collided after one of the drivers changed lanes.

Douglas Brown, 65, of Spring Lake hit 18-year-old Megan Haisma's Chevy Cavalier with his Ford pickup truck as he attempted the lane change.

Brown's truck rolled several times. Haisma's car only rolled once. Brown suffered unknown injuries and was taken to the hospital.

Haisma was not hurt in the crash.
