BROHMAN, Mich. (WOOD) - Two people have been extradited from Texas and questioned for their alleged involvement in a double homicide case in West Michigan.
Meshell Grant, 32, and Chad Wilkinson, 35, were brought back to Newaygo County, Mich. from Harrison County, Texas.
Grant is at the Newaygo County Jail on a probation violation. Wilkinson was arraigned on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, and currently in the jail.
They have been interviewed in connection with the homicides of 56-year-old Joe Cherneski and 55-year-old Patty VanDyk.
The victims were found shot to death in their Newaygo County home in November 2012.
There are currently no charges pending regarding the homicides.
