GLADWIN, Mich. (AP) - A 42-year-old mid-Michigan kindergarten teacher accused of furnishing alcohol to minors during a party at her home has been charged.
Gladwin police say Shannon Jablonski was arraigned Thursday on single counts of furnishing alcohol to minors and allowing alcoholic consumption by minors on premises. She remains free on $1,500 personal bond.
Chief Charles Jones tells The Bay City Times dozens of minors attended the Oct. 10 party held by the Gladwin Community Schools teacher.
Police did not immediately know if Jablonski had a lawyer.
A phone rang unanswered Friday morning at a listing under Jablonski's name.
Gladwin is about 130 miles north-northwest of Detroit.
