NORTON SHORES, Mich. (WOOD) - 24 Hour News 8 has received video, via the Freedom on Information Act, of a high-speed crash involving a Michigan State Police trooper.

The accident occurred Sept. 19 on I-96 in Norton Shores when the trooper was trying to pull over a speeding motorcyclist.

The trooper's car flipped over as it exited the freeway at Airline Road. A camera on the vehicle's dashboard shows the crash.

The trooper suffered minor injuries.

Other state police troopers caught up with the motorcyclist, 23-year-old Joseph Ryan Holstine, and arrested him.

Holstine has been charged with fleeing and eluding. He will be in court later this month for a pre-trial hearing.
